所用あって島根県は浜田市まで足を運んだ際、うまく予定が合えば…と狙っていた"めし処ぐっさん"さんにお邪魔してきました。
他にも色々と美味しそうでしたが、迷うことなく"のどぐろ炙り丼"(2,500円)を注文。なかなか来られないお店では、値段を気にすることなく食べてみたいものを注文する、に限ります。
選択は大当たり。脂の乗ったのどぐろ、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。お店の方に教えて頂いた最後に出汁をかけて頂く食べ方もまたよし◎
唯一のネックは…浜田までなかなか行けないことでしょうか。
