早起きして島根に来ました。途中、浜田港公設市場「はまだお魚市場」の2階フードコートで早めのお昼をしました。
目指すは、のどぐろ炙り丼。
のどぐろといえば、金沢と思っていましたが、
島根の浜田漁港のブランド魚の一つだそうで、
のどぐろを炙って旨みを凝縮させ特製だれで食べるのどぐろ丼をお願いしました。
これはすごい！
最後は、丼に出汁をかけて出汁茶漬け、
最後の一滴まで飲み干し、ノドグロを楽しみました。
