【鳥取県】Day003・早朝の出雲大社と4年ぶりの友人。そして島根食べ歩き。【日本一周2周目】 – THE ROAD AHEAD
早朝、まだ夜が明け切らない時間に寒さで目が冷めた。外気温1度。

猪のしゃぶしゃぶ、はじめて頂きました。臭みとか全くなくて美味しいお肉でした。塩に柚子を絞って付けて食べるんですが、これが良く合う❗今回は、追加でぼたん鍋も注文して、お酒も進み満足のひとときでした。
猪メニューが豊富で色々と楽しめました。とても美味しかったです！お子様向けメニューがあるのも嬉しいですね(^-^)♪
ジビエ料理は苦手ですが、こちらの一大さんは全く臭み等も無くとても美味しく頂けました(^-^)
特に猪の炭火焼きが気に入りました！
