You can enjoy local vegetables including organic vegetables, Shimane Wagyu beef, and game meat! Carpaccio uses only wild fish from nearby waters. We also recommend the original Mascos pizza baked in a pizza oven! We also have Hamburg, pasta, etc., so kids will be happy too.

The utensils used at BAR&DINING are MASCOS original items created in collaboration with some of the leading kilns in western Japan, such as Sekishu Miyauchi kiln for Iwami ware, Oya kiln for Hagi ware, and Bunzo kiln for Arita ware.
