久しぶりに山陰へ行き用がさっさと済んだので益田まで戻り、ランチはジャルダンにしよう、と行き扉に手をかけたら満席なのか扉の内側から腕でバツ印出された…
前はフレンチらしいきちんとした感じだったのにな…
それでは困った時のマスコスへ。
最初は演奏会のあとに夕食に立ち寄り、奇をてらったものでは無いのにありきたりではない料理がリーズナブルに食べられる事と、店員さんがみなさん感じが良く気持ちの良い接客で、馴れ馴れし過ぎずフレンドリーで垢抜けた絶妙な感覚で大ファンになってしまったお店。
さて今回は。
日替わりの鱚の天ぷらと麻辣丼。
広々して静かで穏やかな空気感でありながら、若々しい活気も感じられる居心地良さは相変わらず。
が、しばらくすると新人さんらしいスタッフさんがこちらのスタッフさんにしては辿々しすぎ、何となくスタッフさんの間に不協和音を生み出している気が…
料理はやはり美味しく、天ぷらはカリッとして風味が洋風。
少しずつのおかずもそれぞれ美味しい。
が、麻辣丼。
辛すぎて味がわからないらしく、お米は見るだけでわかるほど脂まみれ。
最後に器に残るは、なんと鷹の爪４本！
いくらなんでもそれは辛い！
こちらの料理は結構計算された美味しさだと思っていたのですが、麻辣丼は違ったよう(笑)
弘法も筆のあやまり、ってことでしょうか、次回に期待しましょう。
