Remarks |
It is not a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but rather a system where ordered items are automatically delivered on a conveyor belt. |

restaurant is located on the 1st floor of the gourmet building next to Apita. You'll understand when you go. There are many parking lots in Apita. Looks like weekend lunch starts at 10:30. It was around 11:10, but there were only a few customers. As for the menu, the nigiri set for lunch is around 1,500 yen. There is also a bowl and soba set that you can choose from, so I went for that this time. For the bowl, I chose conger eel bowl. In addition to the conger eel bowl, I think there was Negitoro-don, Tekka-don, and Salmon Ikura-don. Orders are placed using the touch panel. I wonder if I ever get confused about how to use it. In case of an emergency, you can call the store staff. The food appears in about 5 minutes. It flows smoothly into the lane and is automatically set on the table. They will serve you on the black area on the table. It's a conger eel bowl, but there's a lot of conger eel lying around. About half of it is sprinkled with minced eggs and topped with a piece of lotus root. There was also some thick shiitake mushrooms. The conger eel is thin, but you can easily cut it with chopsticks. Actually, it's really soft. When I tried it, it was delicious. The sauce is sweet but not bitter. Is good. There's a decent amount of rice, so I don't feel like I'm missing something. Pretty good. It's soba, but I guess it's normal. There's no scent or anything. The soup is light. If you say it's easy to eat, is it easy to eat? There is no sobayu. The rice bowl and soba noodles made me feel full. It was generally good. It's a Sushi, so I guess Sushi is good. If you want to eat a set for lunch, it will usually cost 1,500 yen, but I think it is enough for the contents.
