This is restaurant inside Apita. You can't make reservations, so you have to go and check in and get a number tag. I went there at 6:30 pm on the middle day of a three-day weekend and waited for about an hour. I recommend the set sushi here as you can eat a variety of sushi with each sushi rather than the individual items. There's a lot to talk about here! There was a sake comparison set, so I ordered that as well. I would be happy if there were more single-dish dishes that weren't Fried food.
