■コースの所要時間: 2時間30分
静岡の繁華街で大将のセンスが光る人気焼鳥 矮鶏 。
静岡駅から徒歩10分程の繁華街昭和町にある店舗。
外観は分かりづらくビルの3Fに入ってて看板だけビル上部に出ている。
2階までは階段でそこからエレベーターで3階に上がると入り口が出てくる。
内観はカウンター10席程とテーブル席もあり大将1人で全て焼きもされている。
この日もほぼ早い時間に満席だったため少し忙しそうだった。
碇谷大将は明るいキャラと優しい接客で常連さんを多く掴み連日満席の人気ぶり。
修行経験は無く独学で焼鳥と創作料理をコース7000円で提供。
蛤出汁の茶碗蒸しや蒸し牡蠣、筍のお椀と創作系一品料理と串を食べた後は出汁たっぷりで玉ねぎの食感も良いトロトロ親子丼が美味しかったので追加注文必須。
静岡でおすすめの焼鳥。
