取れない取れないと評判の鹿島屋さん。
ついにヒョイっと予約が取れたとのことで初来訪。
カツオは皮付きじゃないね、と静岡人が不満そう。
あのキラッキラのやつが確かにいいよね。
今日はそこまでの入荷じゃなかったか。
葉生姜に生しらす、鰹のはらんぼに鰻の肝串。
ここもまた実に静岡ぽい。
中でも肝串、今まで食べた中で一番美味しかったかも知れぬクオリティ…なるほどさすが。
マグロとワサビの茎漬けを乗せた冷奴なんてのも気が利いた静岡らしい逸品。
名物牛串や刺身はコチなんていただいて。
鹿島屋も静岡も一通りいただけて、なるほどこれは混むなの納得感。
