コロナ真っ只中の際は営業自粛されていて訪店かないませんでしたが、状況がおさまってくるなかで、遂に念願が叶いました✨
ご当地のお魚がエグいくらい旨い！新鮮なのはもちろんですが、切り身が包丁の入れ方が素晴らしくて、それぞれの美味しいを最高に引き出してました。
そしてそんなお魚には日本酒。ご当地では磯自慢が知名度が高いと思いますが、自分の一推しは臥龍梅。
単独で呑んでも美味しいですが、ご当地お魚刺身と頂く食中酒としても凄く美味しいお酒です。
