無庵さんで夕食をいただきました。
先ずはビールで乾杯しかし良く飲むオッさんですわw 先ずはお通し
相変わらず素敵なお通しですね 続いてお願いしたお料理は
麻機レンコンフライちなみに麻機は"あさはた"と読みます。静岡の地名ですね。昔、麻の機織が盛んだったのが、地名の由来みたいですね。 肝心のお味ですが、食感が凄く良く、シャリシャリしていて、とても美味しかった‼️
秋鮭の西京味噌焼 この秋鮭美味しかったな〜付け合わせのわさび漬け、久々に食べましたが美味かった‼️これだけで酒が飲めるw
なめろう これ、なめろうのレベルじゃないです…半端無く美味かった 最後に松茸の土瓶蒸しをいただいたのですが、写メ撮り忘れ…日本酒呑んでたので、かなり酔っ払ってまして… 現在なすびグループ20周年キャンペーンで、松茸の土瓶蒸しが980円ですよ❓
第二週目は鮑みたいですね。出来れば行きたいところですね。とにかく美味しかったです。ご馳走さまでした。
