今夜は静岡駅南口の十千花前にて寒鰤の美保松原焼き等を頂きます。
焼津駅から静岡市のホテルに戻り昨日の反省で晩御飯を事前予約です。
予約時間の10分前にホテルを出て訪問しテーブル席に着座しましたよ。
メニューから黒はんぺんと厚揚げのおでん、寒鰤の松原焼き等を注文です。
料理を待つ間に生ビールで乾杯して先に茶碗蒸しのお通しから提供です。
早速シェアして頂きます。
・お通しのホタテと地海苔の茶碗蒸し530円(税込)
餡掛けの茶碗蒸しは熱々で滑らかな口当たりでホタテの歯応えが良いです。
・黒はんぺん580円、厚揚げ280円(各税込)
静岡おでんでは無く京風で鰹が効いたダシと軟らかい口当たりで美味しい。
・寒鰤の美保松原焼き5貫1,480円(税込)
藁焼きされた肉厚の寒鰤は切り身が6切れで芳ばしい香りが食を進めます。
魚と言うか肉を食している様な食感で脂が凄くジューシーな味わいで旨い！
・刺身盛合せ5種2,180円(税込)
マグロ、ヒラスズキ、太刀魚、真鯛、シマアジの5種刺身盛合せ内容です。
此方の刺身盛合せは全体的に口当たりが申し訳無いが少々悪かったですね。

お通しの茶碗蒸しは手作り感が有り寒鰤の美保松原焼きは絶品でしたね！
