南口からちょっと歩いてすぐ。
結婚式も行われている。
素敵な階段をあがって二階。
目の前で焼いていただけるスタイル。
ランチ。
桔梗という4300円のコース。

最初にグリーンサラダ。レタスにフライド、ゴマﾄﾞﾚ、鰹節がかかっている。
焼き野菜のつるむらさき、シャキシャキﾈﾊﾞﾈﾊﾞで少しモロヘイヤに似てる。臭みもなく、美味しかったな。
栽培しようかなー。。
お肉は国産牛かオーストラリア産のフィレ100グラム。
二人だったので、両方選んで半分ずつわけてもらうことにした。
焼き加減はレアに。
どちらも柔らかいが、フィレの方が柔らかかった。
でもとろけるとかいう感じではなく、噛みごたえもある。
タレは醤油系。わさび、からし付き。
口のなかでとろけるのが好みの方、もっともっとお肉を食べたい方には不向きかな。
私がまさにそのタイプで物足りなかった(笑)
シェフのおすすめ逸品は玉ねぎを炒めたものと鶏肉。玉ねぎシャキシャキ、鶏肉は柔らかくてジューシー。かかっている濃いめソースと絡んで美味しい。
緊張してどんなソースか覚えていないのだが(T0T)
留椀はおぼろ昆布？の、すまし汁系。
香の物は少なすぎて白いご飯があまってしまう...
デザートは別室で。
バニラアイスクリームかシャーベットを選ぶ。
コーヒー濃いめ。
食事に関してはなんとなく印象の薄い品々であった。
不味くは決してないけれども。
ホテル内のお店だし、ドリンクは少しお高め。
3500のレディースランチはお肉は80グラムだがシェフのおすすめに代わり茶碗蒸し付き、ライスサンドとライスが選べたみたいなのでそちらもよかったかなぁ。
ライスサンドが気になる...
店内清潔感あふれ、雰囲気はとてもよい。
接客も静かで穏やか。
笑顔があればなおよいかな。
ゆったりランチに向いている。
近くに御手洗い、喫煙室あり。
