1973年の開業以降、静岡の地で長年愛され続ける本格四川料理のレストラン 静岡四川飯店 。
静岡駅から徒歩6分程の中島屋ホテルズに入るレストラン。
店舗はB1Fにあり内観は高級感あるホテルレストランの雰囲気で席数も広くゆったりした空間が広がる。
四川飯店と言えば陳建一氏の味を受け継ぐ陳麻婆豆腐。
ランチでサクッと食べたいメニューを頂くことも出来るしコースでがっつり中華を楽しむ事も出来る。
■小鉢
・秋刀魚豆板醬煮
秋刀魚の旨みもあり南蛮漬けの中華風というような味付け。
・鴨肉のピリ辛和え
弾力ありぷりぷりの鴨はピリ辛な味付けとネギの食感が良い。
■陳麻婆豆腐
辛さも山椒の痺れもかなりきいていて辛さが得意な方は厳しい陳麻婆豆腐。自分もめちゃ得意な訳ではないがヒーヒー言いながら食べるこの辛さと痺れが病み付きで必ず頼んでしまう。
挽肉はごろごろ入っており豆腐も含めボリュームしっかり。汗をかきながら美味しく頂いた。
■杏仁豆腐、リンゴソース
しっとりクリーミーな杏仁豆腐はリンゴソースがさっぱりとして爽やかに頂ける。
また麻婆豆腐食べに行きたい！
