静岡市のホテルの地下にある今は亡き中華の鉄人「陳健一氏」監修の四川料理レストラン。
ホテルの一角だけにいかにも高級そうな雰囲気のお店。
先ずは予約してからの訪問。
実際に訪問してみると、、、
・スタッフは受付にいない。呼んでも誰も来ない。
・後から来た人たちをどんどん受け付けていく。
・テーブルまで案内された後もスタッフがなかなか来なく、スタッフの数が足りないのか、気配りが足りないのか、とにかくサービス面で大きな不満を感じた。
・スタッフの態度も口調は丁寧だが、冷たい感じ。さっさと済ませて、口数最低限。これならスタバのがもっといい。
というホテルなのにありえないサービス品質の低さに呆れました。

をオーダーしましたが、先ず忙しいのか配慮がないのか、食事を持ってくるタイミングが悪い。
手出しが非常に遅く、そして次から次へと的に集中砲火のような配膳。
これでは安い町中華より酷い。
サービス面では自分の中では最低点です。
味について。
先ずは麻婆豆腐から四川山椒を抜きにとお願いしたのに、四川山椒が結構入っていて、こちらのリクエストが厨房に届いていなく、何だかなぁと。
中にはまぁまぁのレベルと思える料理もありましたが、それさえ打ち消すサービス品質の悪さばかり目立ちました。
とてもホテルとは思えないサービス品質の悪さ。
2度目はありません。
