ダシに拘る、こちらのお店へ。
駐車場は、店の前と裏にありますよ。
暖簾をくぐって、手の消毒をして席に着くと、壁にメニューが掲示してありました。
私は鯛塩ラーメン、家族は、ホタテの塩ラーメンです。
出てきたラーメンは、見るからにスープが濃厚そう。
れんげですすると、上品なダシなのにパンチがある！
こりゃうまいー。
麺は細麺、太さも喉越しも丁度いいです。
めんまは、材料を採ってきて作ったばかりの初物だそうです。
２色のチャーシューは、豚は柔らかくナイスな味わい。
鳥は、厚目だけど柔らかい、でも食べ応えがある。
どちらも美味しいチャーシューですよ。
セットのミニ丼も、まずご飯がうまい。
鯛の刺身も、桜鱒の刺身も、どちらも美味しかった。
お土産に鯖の某寿司も買って、満足のお昼になりました。
