つけ麺専門店 きじ亭
無化調のつけ麺専門店です。
店内はカウンター7席のみです。
メニューは
和風つけ麺
濃厚つけ麺（鶏白湯ベース）
油そば
黒胡麻つけ麺
黒胡麻油そば
味は魚介味、煮干味、カレー味、唐辛子味
の4タイプから選べます。
その他にも超煮干しつけ麺や超煮干し油そば等あります
濃厚の場合は、スープをよくかき混ぜていただくと色が変わりますのでそれからお召し上がり下さいと亭主からアナウンスがあります。
具材はもやしナムル、のり、ねぎ、低温調理鶏チャーシューです。
麺は、ツルモチ食感の小麦胚芽入り平打ち極太手打麺。
今回は濃厚の魚介味にしました。
しっかりした魚介の味で麺との相性も良くて美味しいです。まだまだ食べたいつけ麺があるのでリピートします。ごちそうさまです。
