カウンター数席しかない小さなお店。入口もちょっと通り過ぎてしまいそうな感じで
最初は地鶏とかジビエのお店（きじというお名前から雉かなぁと）、あるいは、鶏メインのラーメン屋さんかと思ったら……かなりガツンとパンチのあるつけ麺を出してくるお店！！！
きゃ～～麺のビジュアルだけでもかなり好みの幅広麺(#^^#)
しかもしっかり手打ちな感じがあるし、
ウィング麺？かとも思えるようなビロビロでこれはたまりません♪
とりあえず濃厚つけ麺を魚貝で。4つの味があって選択するのですが、煮干しも惹かれるなぁ(^^♪
つけ汁が届くと表面が白い。これを奥のほうからごっそりかき回すと、だんだんと濃い茶色に変わっていくのよ。鶏白湯＋魚貝、しかも大好きな泥系♪
久しぶりに、麺が沈まないつけ汁をいただきました～～～(#^^#)
御主人おひとりでやっているようですが、メニューは豊富だし、
新メニューも開発されたりしています。
ここは本当に麺が好きな人がガッツリ食べられるつけ麺ですね。
麺もうまい、つけ汁も美味い！
また絶対に行きます！！
