予約の上、伺ったのですが、フリーの
お客さんなのでしょうか？カウンター席
を譲ってくれました。

板場を一人で取り仕切る大将は仕事に
厳しい方のようで、部下への熱い指導が
続きます。初心者のパン太はヒヤヒヤです
がこれもパフォーマンスのひとつなのかも

折角の寿司屋なので最初から握りにしました。

ネタは豊富にあるようですが、盛況故品
切れもチラホラ…。早目に入店した方が
よさそうです。

この日は、好物のトリガイがありテンション
回復♪時期的に生ではなく軽く湯引きはして
あるとは思いますが、中々の上物でした。

あまり寿司ネタではお目にかかることがない
背黒鰯も良かったです。光り物は総じて美味
しかったので満足出来ました。

寿司を腹一杯食べて、勿論酒も飲んで六千円
ちょっとに収まりましたのでコスパの高さに
は感心しました。
大将のご指導もお客さんを思ってのことなの
でしょう。これでいいのだ！
