本日はこちらで〆利用。
静岡駅界隈では評点No.1の寿司店です。金曜21時半前、一応伺う前に電話で空席確認の上、伺いました。
雑居ビルの3F、先客2組でした。握りを軽くつまめればよかったので、1人前7貫＋巻物+玉をおまかせでお願い。

う〜ん、正直、評点ほどの実力はないですね。
まずシャリが微妙…、ぼとけるような空気感が無く、ただ握っているだけというか…、おにぎり的な感じ。ネタとのバランスが全体的に悪い。
ネタについては悪くない印象。
特に南マグロの赤身、背黒イワシ、〆サバは良かった。それでも、"そこらにある普通の町寿司"を抜けきれないレベルでした。この評点の高さは何なんだろう…。
ご馳走様でした。
近場でお試し程度に利用する分にはいいと思いますが、観光,出張客がわざわざ目指していくお店ではないかな〜と。お値段が割と良心的だった点は助かりました。
