昼に静岡インター直近の そば処 磐石さんへ～。好い感じにヨレた外観のお店です。店内には大物の魚拓やら釣りスポット案内やら、ご主人が釣り師な模様。かつおのづけ焼セットを！卓上の七味・一味・ゆず七味・黒七味にコワダリ感じる。気さくなご主人で、提供時にマヨ七味を混ぜ混ぜして づけ焼きに付ける事や、なんやかやと話しかけてくれる。悪くない。かつおのづけ焼きは脂リッチなかつおを香ばし漬け焼きしたお品。良き～♪そばは、自家製麺・・・かあ？お魚を食すべきお店だと思われます。気軽に満足、そば処 磐石さんイイと思います。
