急遽お義父さん行きつけの居酒屋で夕食に。
とはいえコロナ禍でお義父さんも2年ぶり。
それでもちゃんと覚えていて席を用意するそれが実力店。
ただし18時半、何回転目かのインは相当この店では遅い。ラストオーダー19時半だし。
この時点でかなりのメニューは札止め。
ある中から、
ながらみ
たけのことわかめ煮
刺身はヒラメと鯵にタコ。
静岡の刺身はホントにレベルが高い。
カツオはたぶん人気で山。
ほぼ野菜がなくなっていたみたいで野菜炒めがかなりチャレンジング。
ごぼうの唐揚げ乗ってたりトレビス入ってたりメインは白菜。老舗ぽいベーコン使いが味をまとめてて美味しいけど。残った食材が全力を尽くした感じ。
最後はおすすめのヒレステーキ。
ニンニク醤油が居酒屋のステーキ然とした感じを。
ここでも付け合わせの野菜がないのでアンチョビバターで椎茸を炒めてくれる。美味！
いい帰省だった。
