穂の花さんは鷹匠地区のちょっとした隠れ家って感じでしょうか。特に裏路地で怪しい色の看板があります。でもいきなりカウンターがありみなさんが明るくお出迎え。カウンターが調理場でなく、ドリンクや洗い物をやる場所になっているので、若くない女将（笑）と若い女性がいつもいます。１人でふらっと行っても会話がはずみます。カウンターは１人客が多かったですね。すぐお隣さんと親しくなります。料理もいい感じです。刺身は１人で頼むのですが、１切れずつ美味しい刺身が出てきます。いつも多くて残すのですが、この気遣いが嬉しいですね。黒はんぺんも手作りでおいしいです。ただ忙しいとすぐ売り切れが続出するのが困りますね。
