久しぶりに静岡で飲む機会があり、居酒屋ではなく、たまにの贅沢に美味しい焼肉屋さんへ。
同僚の勧めで、こちらのお店に行きました。
年末の週末ということでしたが、お店の前で少し待ち、なんとか入れま...
接待で利用しました。
塩上ハラミ、ロース、壺漬けホルモン、各種キムチなどをオーダー。
ハラミはA5で、直ぐ蕩けていく微睡みのような美味しさ。
ロースとは思えない柔らかな味わい。
