...scent of a traditional Japanese restaurant. The recommended Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is the motsunabe, which is available all year round. It uses plump and fresh offal, and the soup can be chosen from four types: "shiro miso," which is rare in Shizuoka, as well as soy sauce, salt, and spicy miso. Other dishes are also made with carefully selected ingredients, and the chef's skills bring out the best in their flavors. Check out the showcase on the counter where the ingredients are lined up. Don't hesitate to ask the staff for the recommended menu of the day. For parties, we have a tatami room that can accommodate up to 15 people. If you want to enjoy authentic shochu or sake with delicious snacks, you can sit at the counter, so you can use the different seats depending on your purpose.
