久しぶりに、季節の美味しいものといい魚が食べたいということで『博』さんへ。
ここは、カウンター四席と、小上がり座席が10名ほどの小ぢんまりとしたお店です。
場所は、両替町の常盤町寄りの筋にあり、店構えも控えめで、目立たない佇まいです。ただ、お店のディテールにはこだわっているので、お店に進むほど、落ち着いた雰囲気が漂ってきます。
今日は、大切なお得意様をおもてなしするので、恥ずかしくない料理を食べていただきたいと思い、博さんを選びました(*´ω｀*)
白子から始まり、芸術的なお刺身、その中の大間のマグロ、毛ガニ、煮魚、牛肉の焼き物、ウニ丼、松茸お吸い物と、本当に食べる人に喜びと感動を与えてくれます。
自分が食べたいというより、楽しんでもらいたいをいかんなく発揮してくれました。
大満足です。
きちんとしたものをきちんとしたお値段で提供してくれるというのも大切ですよね。
