静岡と言えばおでんか富士宮焼きそば。
B級イメージが先行し、
わりとあらたまった場合だと
ちょっと選択肢に困ったり。
で、まさかの天ぷらフルコース。
海老や白身の魚介と野菜
どれも素材の良さは申し分ありません。
衣はからっと軽い、というよりは
ちょっともたついて感じましたが
好みの範囲内だと思います。
日本酒は５,６種程度ですが
県産のものが中心なのはいいですね。
静岡のお店に詳しいわけではないですが
店内は「凛とした」
明らかに他の店とは一線を画する雰囲気があります。
値段も東京でいただくよりは２割安くらいの感じ。
観光客にとっては
｢静岡気分」は味わえませんが
よいものをいただきました。
