今時な、タブレット注文でまつこと15分程度。
混み合ってるということもあり、そこそこ提供に時間がかかった。
本日は木曜日ということでメニューが固定のようだ。まぁつけ麺食べたかったから良しである。
麺はコシの強い太麺でゆずの効いた魚介系スープによく馴染む。
焼豚も3種類全てが丁寧に作られた一級品。煮卵もメインをはれるほど美味しいし、メンマも単品でうまいのだから、驚かされた。
麺、スープ、焼豚、卵、メンマすべてが高いレベルで完成された一品で大満足だった。
あと、従業員が楽しそうに仕事してて、それだけでほっこりして良かった。
