七間町、ワシントンホテルの裏にあります。横にも人気のラーメン屋や大盛カレーの店。ちょっとした激戦区。
お店の中は、こじんまりした感じ。５人しか座れません。
『しょうゆ味玉つき』800円
スープはあっさりしている。あっさりって言っても薄い訳じゃない。スッキリした醤油味、出汁の力か？充分美味しい。麺は、やや癖があり、粘り気が少しある気がする。そんな感じの、やや細目の平打ち麺。
個人的に思ったのだが、やや癖のある麺なので、豚骨系のスープの方が合う様な気がする。チャーシューや味玉も美味しい。肉そぼろや、水菜。自家製のシナチクも美味しい。
