静岡駅から徒歩10分ほど、小さな店舗が並んだ横丁の一角にあるこちらのお店。カウンター5席の小規模店ながら、雑誌にも取り上げられる人気店のため、気になって訪問。
メニューはしお、醤油、まぜそば、限定麺‥と意外にも豊富。あっさりした塩が人気のようだが、今回はまぜそば(中盛り)を注文。並・中盛り・大盛りまで同じ値段と、お得な価格設定。
中盛りは写真だと少なめに見えますが、具の下に麺がかなり隠れており、250gくらいありそうな、けっこうなボリューム。卵黄が絡んで全体的にまろやかな味わいで、肉味噌の旨味と甘味、揚げ玉や青ネギのアクセントにピリ辛な味付けと、全体的に飽きの来ない味わいにまとまっています。麺はややパツパツ系の中太麺。自家製麺とのことで、なかなかの美味しさです。
まぜそばとしては他にあまり食べたことの無い、まろやかでマイルドなまぜそばでした。
