カウンター5席の狭き門で臨休もあり、静岡行くたびに訪れていますが、ずっとふられ続けていたお店にやっと初訪問。
店内2組3名のみ、後客なし。
空いてる時もあるようでラッキー。
はじめて雑誌に紹介された時からきめていた「しお」を券売機で購入。
ワンオペ8分での提供。
黄色味がかった綺麗な清湯。
鶏油の香りよいです。
麺はパツ目ストレート。
食べるにすすんで味の変化楽しめます。
アッサリしすぎかなとも思えるベースのスープに鶏油と各トッピングがいいアクセント。
満足感高い一杯ですね。
ちなみに隣の先客は連食でまぜそばを二人で食べていました。
逆サイドの先客は久々のクチャラー。
美味しかったです。
