一人飲みの締めに入ったお店。
静岡でよく見る雑居ビルの1階の飲み屋街のようなところにありました。
店内の券売機で、醤油ラーメンを注文。
カウンター席のみで、席数も4席。
ちょうど1席だけ空いてました。
近頃に多い美味しそうな醤油ラーメンのビジュアル。
スープを一口啜るとと塩気が少ないせいか味は薄めに感じますが、余韻が後を引く出汁。
鶏出汁がぐぐっと心を引き寄せます。
麺はパリッとしたストレート麺。
一口目のインパクト不足以外は強いひきのあるラーメン。
でも、それこそ本当の美味さの証なのかも知れません。
