とんかつ蝶屋の跡地と言えば地元の方は
判りやすいかな？
立ち食いステーキの店です。
店名は変わりましたが 同じオーナーの
ようです。ｵﾄﾅﾉｼﾞｼﾞｮｳﾈ
ステーキはサーロインまたはリブロース。
180グラム1000円～630グラム3500円。
90グラム増える毎に＋500円のシステム。
大手のようなスケールメリットを得られ
無い分、利益率は厳しいはず。ｶﾞﾝﾊﾞﾚ-!
今回はリブロース270グラム1500円也と
後飯となるガーリックライス350円也を
オーダー信長♪
焼き方はミディアムレアをオススメして
いますっ♡と おねぇたんに言われたので
お、おぅ( ´～｀)ゞと変事しちゃいました。
そしてステーキがやって南もとい来た…
このお値段で赤身の濃厚な旨味とか和牛
のような甘い牛脂の香りとか求めるのは
ナンセンスよ。でも輸入牛にありがちの
苦手な香りも無くて柔らか～い♪

なかなかEですハンソン♪
270グラムでボリュームは国宝もとい十分
ですネ(^_^)
塩コショウだけだと この量は飽きてくる
のでステーキソースの登場(^○^)
醤油ベースで ご飯が欲しくなりマッスル。
こうなるとガーリックライスじゃなくても
良かったかな～白飯欲しいな～なんて思い
ながらもぺろりと完食♪
ガーリックライスは再加熱したプレートに
タレとバター(勿論ライス)自分でマゼマゼ。
ガーリック感は穏やかなので刻みニンニク
加えるとパワーアップが可能典明！
先入観で足が向かなかった大手チェーン店
にも行ってみようかな～閉店前に(((^_^;)
