金曜日ということで電話してみたら、時間限定で大丈夫ということで行ってみました。
地下に降りていき、カウンターテーブル小上がりをコンパクトに納めているお店。
カウンターの端に案内されました。
ボトルキープの泥亀がずらり。
トマトとリンゴとミカンのスムージー
浅漬けと山芋。
お通しからして、健康居酒屋というのが、びんびん伝わってきます。
二軒目なので、これだけでもけっこう十分なくらいです。
太刀魚のから揚げはサービス。
嬉しい上に意外と美味しい。
無難にというかあえて初亀。
急冷美酒580円
ふくよか。
まろやかで適度な旨味とキレ。
すうっーと消えるようで残るお酒。
こんな感じのお酒が、居酒屋で飲むにはちょうど良い。
値段もお手頃。

香り素晴らしく、もちっとしていて、ねっとり。
この値段でこんなの食べたら高級店行く必要無いと思ってしまいます。

余計な付加をかけていない分、飲み口が上質。
旨味があり、余韻も心地よく残ります。
絶品天使のえび串揚げ380円
こめ胚芽油で、まるごと一本揚げてます。
お頭や海老味噌含めて丸々味わえました。
添えられた塩も美味しい。
伊豆大島の海の精あらしお。
とろける人参の朝霧高原豚巻き串焼き280円
柔らか人参に旨味のある豚肉が巻かれています。
これは居酒屋のレベルを超えてますね。
必注の一品。
料理は相当美味しくて、しかも接客も素晴らしい。
ちょっとした驚きを提供してくれた、地方の居酒屋です。
