I decided to go there for a quick visit around 10pm, so I searched for nearby shops to see if they were open, and visited for the first time. Contrary to the name, the restaurant had an atmosphere similar to a cafe or Wine Bar. LOL Since I was driving, I decided to have oolong tea and drink alcohol next time.
