It's a taste I've never had before and it's hard to describe, but as a carnivore, I think this fish is delicious! Highly recommended! The meat platter was Other perfectly cooked and the meat was tender, and the three sauces - anchovies and parsley, burnt soy butter, and Steak sauce - were all unique and I was able to eat until the very end without getting bored! The tableware was also lovely, and the staff were very attentive, so it was a very good restaurant overall! There were other interesting menu items, so I'll be coming back often!
