独立されて22年を超えるようで、業界では名の知れたマスターのようです。

念のため訪問4日前にTEL予約。
入店2105。先客無しでしたが、2200頃には満席でした...
店内、直線カウンター：6席のみを男性マスターがワンオペです。
・バックカウンター：茶器が陳列
・シンク：竹で覆われてます
・カウンター：茶釜が設置
と差し詰め、カウンター設置の茶室に入った感じです。以前は、超有名な天ぷら店が入居されていたようです。
メニューを眺めますと、
ベース：茶酒、旨、渋、華、焙、温
フレーバー：草、木、花、実
とコンセプトが明解なミクソロジー系のバー。
※ レストランですとイノベーティブ系。
頂いたのは、以下の3杯
①：フルール：煎茶ウォッカ、ブランデー、パッションフルーツ、オレンジ
②：煎茶ジントニック
③：林檎酒と和紅茶とミントの出逢い：ホワイトラム+青林檎+クロモジ茶
チャーム：木の芽味噌(西京味噌）+胡瓜
と、凝ってます。
以下、頂いた所感。
・総じて、メニューや文字だけでは味の想像が付かないのですが、意外と違和感は無いとの印象で不思議な味わい。
・マスター曰く、お茶にはフルーツの甘さを際立たせる効果があるようで組合せは理に叶っているとの...
・①：パッションフルーツの皮にウォッカに漬けた茶葉
②：トロミを感じる煎茶を頂いた後にカクテル。
※ 2煎目はジンで出してます...
③：エアレーション（10回位しての提供。写真8枚目）
と演出も凝ってます。
・ミントやフルーツを潰す際は、摺鉢が大活躍...同店の雰囲気の演出としては理に叶ってますね...
ミクソロジー系のバーは初体験でしたが、入門店として最適と思われますが、他店が陳腐に思えるリスクを兼ね備えているかも知れません...
