昼食で「らぁめん 燦」さんへ。
貝出汁のラーメンを提供してくれると、
レビューを拝見して気になっていたお店です。
テナントの一角で、駐車場は店前に2台と
テナント横に2台。少し離れた交差点に
第二駐車場があり、4台です。

店内に入ると券売機です。
「鴨と丸鶏のらぁめん」900円
「貝出汁醤油らぁめん」900円
「鴨らぁめん味玉」1,000円
「貝出汁塩らぁめん」1,200円
「味噌らぁめん」950円 等
購入したのは「貝出汁塩らーめん」900円
を「麺大盛」100円です。
店内はカウンター６席とテーブル２卓と
シンプルながらも綺麗な店内です。
「貝出汁塩らーめん」
黄金色ながらも澄んだ綺麗なスープです。
具はチャーシュー２枚と小松菜、メンマに
白ネギです。
スープからは鶏の香りがしたので、あれ？
貝は？と思いましたが、飲むと鶏の後に
貝出汁がしっかりと感じます。塩味穏やかで
鶏と貝の旨味が滋味深く。
チャーシューはバラ肉とロース1枚づつ。
どちらもスモーキーな香りがします。
麺は細麺ストレート。エッジを感じつつも
滑らかでしなやかな食感。少し柔らかめ？
と感じる程度が好みです。
見た目も鮮やかな「貝出汁塩らーめん」。
鶏と貝の旨味のハーモニーが抜群です。
