本日はこちらでランチ。
人気の飲食店が入るテナントビルの半地下にあるお店。平日12時半頃、お客さんそこそこいらっしゃいますが、満席で入れないということはなく一安心。オーダーしたのはこちらのメニュー。
・にこにこ定食 1,500円/税込
(エビフライ2本、カキフライ2個)
5〜6分ほどで到着。
大きな海老フライが2本、大きな牡蠣フライが2個、サラダ、タルタルソース、漬物、味噌汁、ご飯。
まずは海老フライ。
16cmを超えるブラックタイガーを使用。殻や背ワタを綺麗に取り、塩で揉み込むなどした下処理をすることで、ブリンブリンのムチムチ食感を実現。めちゃくちゃ食べ応えがある海老フライですね〜。衣は薄衣で、海老を食べている感が半端ない。臭みもなし。
次に牡蠣フライ。
こちらも大粒で、ジュワッとミルキーに揚がってます。変なクセがなく、火入れも絶妙、硬くならずに身も縮まず、旨汁が滴る牡蠣フライ。
ソースとタルタルソースでご飯も進みました。ちなみにご飯はおかわりOK、サービスも良し。
