I want to eat Hamamatsu Gyoza / Dumpling, but I also want to have a drink with some delicious food... This place is located right in the middle of Hamamatsu's entertainment district in front of the station. At first glance, it's hard to find, at the back of the first floor of a building, but the unique name leaves a lasting impression ^^ When you go through the noren, you'll be greeted by 1.8L bottles of shochu from all over the country, and there is a counter and a tatami room. There are recommended menus here and there on the wall, and there are a lot of menus in front of you. Of course, they also have the famous B-class gourmet Hamamatsu Gyoza / Dumpling, so I ordered more than usual. They have everything from fish to Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). There are many local specialties, so I'm sure you'll want to come here again if you go on a business trip to Hamamatsu. The owner's recommended curry horumon! A masterpiece of stir-fried horumon with a curry flavor?! It has a strong flavor ~ It made me thirsty ^^ The taste is quite good! They also have miso flavor. The Hamamatsu Gyoza / Dumpling comes with wings and is very filling. It's served with homemade chili oil and sauce. This homemade chili oil is also delicious! I want to make sure to get the chili oil that's so popular right now. I was also surprised by the large number of chicken dishes on the menu! Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is so good! Is it Nagoya in the Kansai region of Kanto? I don't know what influence it was, but everything is faithful to the basics and full of chicken flavor. I recommend this shop that has everything you need, and you can enjoy the lively atmosphere around Hamamatsu until the morning.
