Today I went to "Ikki" in Tamachi, Hamamatsu City! It is a reservation-only restaurant, so I made a reservation for the chef's selection course (12,000 yen)! We started with shiso juice, followed by an aperitif. The course used plenty of autumn ingredients. The dishes used a lot of gentle dashi. The dishes in the course were prepared in advance. They all looked like they took a lot of effort! Hot food was served hot. Cold dishes are properly served cold *˙︶˙*)ﾉ" The wasabi was grated right in front of us and served. It had a nice aroma and wasn't unpleasantly spicy!!︎ The course is generally heavy on fish. There was one pork dish ·͜· ♡ The seasonal vegetables were delicious!!︎ If you had any questions, the chef will explain them properly while he is cooking!!︎ Amazake ice cream. Sweet potato. Matsutake earthenware pot. Eggplant rice. Sashimi. Fried food... Just everything is delicious...ӹㅁӹ)♡ I had heard the explanations, but there were so many dishes and I couldn't list them all in case I got the origins of each one wrong... Who would have thought there would be a restaurant in Hamamatsu that serves this kind of food... The decorations were lovely, too ♡ It was a luxurious meal!!︎ When we were leaving, the chef saw us off until we were out of sight!!︎ He works seriously and doesn't cut corners! He's a wonderful chef ·͜·⋆*॰⋆ I can't go there often... lol I'd like to plan another trip and go eat seasonal ingredients in a different season.
