遠方にもかかわらず、これまで3度来訪。ご主人はイケメンの若手、きりっとしてかっこいい。はじめはネット検索で引っかかり来訪したが、大当たりで、なかなか機会が無いが、近くだったら毎月通っても良いくらいのお店。京都で修行されたとか。素材も厳選され、日本酒にも詳しい。日本酒はワイングラスで出される。地元の食材、地元の酒にこだわっている。料理と日本酒のコラボもすばらしい。ただひとつの弱点は、まかないの方がぎこちないところ、でも、これはご愛敬。行って損の無いお店と思う。
