Please tell them to go to Unagi Oshima in Higashi Wakabayashi-cho ● Take the bus (to Bentenjima) from Hamamatsu Station for about 15 minutes, get off at Hacchonawate, you will see the Unagi Oshima sign on the opposite side of the road ● Head south on the road 257 in front of the city hall, go under the Shinkansen guardrail, you will see the sign on the right in front of the 7-Eleven, turn right and go 300 meters ● If you are coming from the Shin Tomei Expressway, get off at Hamamatsu Hamakita IC, head south into Hamamatsu city, it is about 10 km and you will reach the city hall. About 15 years ago, when I was looking for a truly delicious eel, I came across "Kyosui eel". When I went out to the aquaculture pond, the president of the producer said that it was "white grilled" (grilled without sauce. You can see the taste of the eel itself). I was impressed by the fineness, sweetness, and richness of the meat, saying, "It's delicious like never before!" and decided to use it at our restaurant.
