いってみました。がっかり。

ぶたまる(どれもそこそこ美味しい)

豚丸三種と辛ホルモンは間違いない。
ホルモンは柔らかくて味がしっかりついてて美味しい。
辛ホルモンと言っても
醤油タレ＋粉末唐辛子でそんなに辛くない。
テーブル数席とカウンターという割りとこじんまりとした感じですが
the焼肉屋という感じではなく、落ち着いた感じでこじゃれています。
カウンターで頂きましたが、炭火の七輪が運ばれてきます...

豚丸さんに初めて行ったのは５年ほど前です。
外から見ても割とシンプルな建物で、目立った看板もまわりに見当たらず、
飲食店系の雑誌でも見たことがないお店でした。
豚肉を専門とした焼肉屋さんなんです...
開店当初に「ホルモン」の看板に惹かれて入り、
それ以来 気に入っているお店です！
