6年ぶり？ぐらいですかね？
以前来店したのは静岡に日帰り旅行に来た際でした。
何か静岡らしいものを。。。と思いながら
探していたところで、最終的に落ち着いたのがこちらのお店でした。
正直リカバリーぐらいのつもりであったのですが、当初は入店待ち1時間ぐらいだったような？
その時はうな重、お鮨、カキフライを頼んだのですが、カキフライが衝撃的に美味しかった印象で。
数年経った後にお店の名前を忘れてしまい、再訪は困難か。。。と思っていましたが、たまたま写真を発見。
そして何の縁なのか静岡出張。ホテルから30分圏内。
これは行くしかないと。
という訳で1人だから、まぁ予約電話入れなくてもいけるだろうと踏んでお店へ。
思っていたよりも空いていたみたいで、すんなりカウンター席へ案内していただきました。
うなぎも食べたい。と思いながらせっかくなのでお鮨メインにしようと「贅沢握り」を注文。
もちろん衝撃を受けたカキフライは鉄板で。
見た目は豪華さを感じる見た目でありながら、気取らないお皿がギャップを感じました。
味ですが、、、ちょっと物足りないと言うか、期待してハードルを上げすぎたのがダメでしたね。
カキフライはやはり美味しかったです。嫌な臭みも無くジューシーで衣はサクサク。満足です。
追加でお鮨かうな重を、、、とも思いましたが欲張ってもなぁ、、、
ということで本日中はこのまま退店。
若かりし頃のイメージとはズレがあったものの、値段相応？か少しコスパが良いぐらいの感覚で落ち着きました。
また近くに寄った際には、過度な期待を押し付けず気軽なスタイルで来店させてもらいたいと思います。
ちなみに接客応対に関してはとても気持ちの良い店舗でした。
