お客さんは女性をターゲットにしているのか、店内は綺麗で雰囲気も良かったです。
予約していたのでテーブルにはメニュー表かと思いきや、幹事宛の手紙がありました。
こうした小さな工夫やサービスも喜ばれるでしょう。
しかし料理は多少残念、接客は大いに改善されたほうがいいと思います。
コース料理でしたが、料理そのものは可も無く不可も無くという感じで、そんなに期待はずれではないけれど
喜びも特にありませんでした。
店内は空いていたにもかかわらず、飲み物が来るまでに時間がかかりすぎだとは思いましたが、でもそれはまだいいです。
問題は接客！
我々のテーブルに来る男性店員は正社員なのかアルバイトなのかは分かりません。（それは客にとってはどうでもいいことなので）
常時ニコニコして笑っていろとも言いません。
しかし接客業である以上、最低限お客さんを不愉快にさせない態度や表情を作ることは当然のことではないでしょうか？
何に対してか分かりませんが、常にブスっとした表情でお皿を運び、空いた食器やグラスをお客さんから受け取っても
「ありがとうございます」も「すいません」の一言も無く、不愉快そうな表情のまま接客するなんてありえないでしょう！
取り皿は最初テーブルに一人1枚ずつしかなかったので、2～3品目が来たときに取り皿の交換をお願いしました。
すると
「それは出来ません！」と即座に拒否
「全部の料理を1枚の取り皿で使うの？」と聞くと・・・、その場からいなくなりました。
（その後に来た女性の店員さんにお願いするとすぐに持ってきてくれましたよ。）
また、から揚げが入った壷に自分でソースを入れ、振ってから開けるメニューがありました。
「すいません、実際にやってもらえませんか？」とお願いすると
「やりません！」と即座に拒否され
「どうして？」と聞くと
「それはお客さんの楽しみだから」とぶっきらぼうに言われたら、お客さんはどう思うでしょうか？
（私には壷を振ることに楽しみを見出せませんが・・・）
飲食店は料理だけではありません。
店内の雰囲気、そして接客（サービス）の心地良さが非常に大きなポイントだと思います。
もう少し社員教育に力を入れていただきたいと思う。
