2016/7月 二度目の来店
店長さんに鮎の塩焼きが美味しいと伺いまして、旦那様と再訪しました。
頂いたもの。
お通し、鮎の塩焼き、京風だし巻き卵、ハモの天ぷら、まぐろユッケ、ボルチーニ塩ととうもろこしの天ぷら、ハモの雑炊
鮎を生きた状態で見せてもらえたのが感動〜焦げてなくてまわりもぱりっぱりさくさくで、中身はふわふわしっとり！！頭からかぶりついてしっぽまですべて食べれました。骨やわらかっ
とうもろこしの天ぷらもやばかった…///ボルチーニってなんぞやーと食べてみるとなんだろう本当に相性バッチリで味が深まるというか、甘みが濃くなるのですよ！
前回も美味しかったのでまただし巻き卵にも感動して噛み締めてました。
ハモのスープもサービスしてくれて、飲みやすかった〜。
そしてお会計を頼むと、まさかの御結婚おめでとうございますと花火のついたケーキデザートをサプライズしてくれました…！！！！///
いつもはこちらが店長さんを接客する側ですが、本当に嬉しかったし不思議な感じがしましたね(笑)
また行きます！！ご馳走様でした。

予約時にこちらのミスで伝わってなかったにも関わらず自分が魚介アレルギーなのを伝えると、即座に変更して美味しい料理を提供してもらえました！
コースではないですが、京風だし巻きたまごを頼んでみると優しいお味！最高〜
結婚をお祝いしていただきました。
繊細で見た目も美しく、鮮やかで幸せでした。
ほんと、日常では味わえない感覚です。

コース料理でなくその時期のものを単品で頼むのが我々の好みです。

卵と鶏肉の料理が好き！と以前から語ってたのを覚えていてくれて、特製親子丼を特別に作ってくれたました。

感動するほど美味しかった…
後日お店に来てくれたので詳しく聞いたところ、なんか名古屋コーチンとか、うずら？のだし？とか、なんか、原価度外視にして、板前がガチで親子丼作ったらどうなるんだろうってふと思い立ってめちゃくちゃ時間と手間暇をかけてくれたらしい。
ほんっっっとに美味しかった。
ぷりぷりの炙ってる煮たお肉？に柔らかいふわっふわのたまごに、あんかけ？！が！！とろっとろ！！親子丼の概念をくつがえされました。
いやほんとに美味しかった。
レギュラーにしてほしいけどめちゃくちゃ大変なようなので、今度はオムライスを要求しておきました(←？)
つきだし？とか説明もあったけど名前わすれた！一番手前の牛が美味かった！(笑)鶴が添えてあったのが嬉しかった〜！
蛤の美味しい季節でしたねー。あと筍、団子？と、枝豆？とか！
白子逃がした〜こちらほぼ毎回季節のものを出してくださるので飽きが無いし、その都度楽しみがあります！
また行くぞー！春はなんだろうな〜！
