雑居ビルの３階分が店舗 狭い階段を昇り２階席へ
狭いスペースだがテーブルは割とゆったりしている
お好み焼き屋さんにしては珍しくコース料理があるのでそれにした
前菜は普通の冷奴 サラダは大根と海老 大根はシャキッととして瑞々しい
海老も大ぶりでなかなか豪華 出汁巻き卵はふんわりしていてあまり甘くなく
大人の味 お次は鶏肉の照り焼きだが、黒酢を使っているらしく酸味が効いていて
爽やか 付け合わせの温野菜もたっぷりでお肉とよく合う
次はイカとイベリコ豚の鉄板焼き 鉄板に盛り付けてあるので、冷めないのがよい
イカも硬くもなく程よい歯ごたえ 豚肉も柔らか けど塩味が効きすぎかなと思う
量も多くここまでで既にお腹一杯
お待ちかねのお好み焼き なんと大粒の牡蠣が三個も入っている
お好み焼きのふんわりした生地と牡蛎が蕩けて美味しかった
いい材料を使いボリュームもたっぷり。
２階席にも関わらずお料理が出てくるタイミングもよくよいお店だ
