I visited this shop with a friend on a holiday afternoon. It's the kind of shop that those who are unfamiliar with it might just walk right up to (^^;; We were convinced there was only one entrance, so we entered via the outside stairs to the terrace seats. In fact, there were stairs inside as well. The shop consists of a general goods sales space and a cafe space, and there were probably about 20 seats. It was very quiet, with the warmth of the wood and the soft lighting, making it a very cozy space. As it was already past 2 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon, we ordered a drink set that came with a plate with three Sweets to choose from. The seasonal Tarte Catalana chocolate banana Crepes was served with the recommended tea, Mariage Freres Marco Polo, in a hot glass. Sweets were quite voluminous, even though they were an assortment, and none of them were too sweet, and they went perfectly with the tea! I'm usually a coffee drinker, but this was my first time trying Mariage Freres, and it was incredibly delicious (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) Time passed leisurely. My friend and I stayed for about two and a half hours, chatting for the first time in a while, and it was a very relaxing and nice cafe. I heard they have a sister store, so I'll go there next time.
