チーズ工房HAKUは、スタッフが浜松市内の牧場で搾乳されたばかり生乳を取りに行き、そのままチーズを作ります。
モッツァレラチーズをメインとして、生乳と塩だけで作られるミルク感たっぷりの新鮮なモッツァレラをお楽しみください。また、30時間の賞味期限「ブッラータチーズ」や焼いて楽しむ「カチョカヴァロチーズ」もご用意しております。営業日は火～日曜日。月曜定休です。
